Sean Luke Raynor pleaded guilty to DUI first offense. He was fined $355. order to DUI school/ victim impact panel, sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for 12 months if he has no other violations within the year. Raynor pleaded guilty to no evidence of insurance. He was fined 195.00
August 11, 2017
Duston Scott Houser was found guilty at trial. Houser was sentenced to attend six months of domestic violence, 48 hours of community service, obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow recommendations. No achohol or controlled substances other than doctor-perscribed medication. He was to serve 45 days in jail with credit for 14 days served. Houser was fined $340.00.
