Obituary: Cynthia June Turner

Cynthia June Turner passed away at the age 55 on July 23, 2017 as the result of injuries sustained in an ATV accident in Winnemucca, Nevada.

Cynthia was born on February 12, 1962 to Earle H. and Georgia L. Wilkins in Artesia, California. She had lived in many places throughout her life like: Buena Park, California; Mead Valley, Moreno Valley, Action, California; and last but not least, Winnemucca, Nevada.

She loved a lot of things and loved doing a lot of different activities such as: crafts, riding motorcycles, putting her toes in the sand at the beach, she loved her glue gun and she loved making handmade bows. She was married to James J (Skull) Turner. In her work history she had worked as a Forsetel Designer for the company Michael’s.

Cynthia is survived by her loving husband James J (Skull) Turner of Winnemucca; children Rowan Law (CA); Grand-children Joel Wrean (CA); her parents Earle Wilkens and Georgia Seas(CA); brother Steven Wilkens(Las Vegas, NV); sister Sandra (Wilkens) Simes(CA); nieces Michelle Stewart(AK), Tawinia Tapia(CA), Karen Ann Van-Dam(CA), Brillany Wenzel(CA); nephew Michael McMillen (WY). She was preceded in death only by her sister Shyerla (Wilkens) Wenzel.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Cynthia on October 15, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at 6055 Mills Rd. Winnemucca, Nevada. There will be a reception to follow.
