On Aug.7, NHP arrested Richard Curtis Nichols, age 20, on misdemeanor and felony charges including possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen license plates, possession of drugs not for interstate commerce, possession of six stolen guns and possession of guns by a prohibited person. Bail $143,660.
On Aug. 7, NHP arrested JosephAlle Joseph Isaac, age 23, on misdemeanor and felony charges of speeding, driving with a suspended drivers license, possession of a stolen license plate, possession of drugs not for interstate commerce, possession of six stolen guns and possession of guns by a prohibited person. Bail $142,600.
