On April 17, NHP arrested Walter Robert Richter Jr. age 35, after a traffic stop for speeding in a commercial vehicle 57 mph in a 35 mph zone. A records check turned up an NHP warrant for Richter Jr. for failure to appear to face charges for a previous traffic citation. Bail $195.
