After taking spring break off with no action this past weekend, the Battle Mountain High School baseball and softball teams get back on the field this weekend in Yerington. The teams will play a doubleheader on Friday beginning at 2 p.m. and a single game on Saturday at 10 a.m.
The Lions are in first place in the baseball standings at 14-0 and the Longhorns are second at 9-3. The Lady Longhorns look to build off their three-game sweep of Silver Stage and will look to keep their playoff hopes alive in Yerington. Battle Mountain returns home on Tuesday, May 2, to play West Wendover at 4 p.m.
