Denise Alcaraz pleaded guilty to resisting a public officer. The plea resulted in a fine of $640 and a sentence to serve 10 days in jail with credit being give for one day time served. The balance of 9 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses and no similar violations.
