Victoria Dawn Hunt pleaded nolo-contendere to domestic battery and was fined $340, the court further ordered Hunt to obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations. Hunt was also ordered to 48 hours of community service, Domestic violence counseling for 6 months and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for three days time served. The balance of 27 days were suspended under the following conditions: abstain for the use of alcohol and no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
