Jose Luis Munoz-Munoz pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense resulting in a fine of $685, court ordered Victim Impact Panel, DUI School and to follow all recommendations of evaluation. The defendant was also sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for 8 days time served. The balance of 22 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charges of stop required on signal of peace officer, reckless driving and no registration were dismissed by the D.A.
