Lander County Sheriff's Report

The Lander County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for the period of Aug. 27— Sept. 8:

On Aug. 27th John Steven English was arrested for DUI, above the legal limit, (2nd), driving without valid license, possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Aug. 28th Johnny Allen Cox was arrested for DUI, above the legal limit, (1).

On Aug. 29th James Milton Crutsinger was arrested for DUI, above the legal limit, (1st).

On Aug. 29th Marshall Kirby Wade Smith was arrested for tampering/injuring a vehicle.

On Aug. 30th Derrik James Beristain was put on a temporary hold.

On Sept. 3rd Keith Lamonte Izatt was arrested for failure to appear after admission to bail.

On Sept. 6th Rodrigo Junior Valle was arrested for false imprisonment and domestic battery, (1st).

On Sept. 7th Andrew Jeffrey Eylander was arrested for other jurisdiction warrant.

On Sept. 7th Joel Leigh Johnston was arrested for a probation violation.

On Sept. 8th Dorothy Elaine McGrath was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.

On Sept. 8th Jose Dimas Menjivar Mira was arrested for resist public officer.

On Sept. 8th Brenton Dean Baszler was arrested for failure to appear after admission to bail.
