Timothy Silas Rhodes pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol and was fined $355.
Trina Yvette Lynne Rhodes pleaded guilty to resisting a public officer which resulted in a fine of $415, orders to no alcohol, subject to random testing and/or upon request from law enforcement and a sentence to serve 10 days in jail with credit given for two days time served. The balance of eight days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Sept. 7
Benard Thomas O’Connor Jr. pleaded guilty to trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. For trespassing the defendant was sentenced to serve four days in jail and for possession was fined $640.
Sept. 8
David Gordon Wise Jr. pleaded guilty to the amended charge of disturbing the peace and trespassing resulting in a sentence to serve 16 days in jail with credit given for 16 days time served.
Regina Lenor Moose pleaded guilty to resisting a public officer which resulted in a fine of $640, orders to obtain an alcohol evaluation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol and subject to random testing and/or upon request from law enforcement. The defendant was further sentenced to serve 90 days in jail with credit given for four days time served. The balance of 86 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charge of battery was dismissed by the D.A.
Penny Larraine Haas pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace which was amended from the original charge domestic battery. The plea resulted in a fine of $355 and a sentence to serve 120 days in jail. Said jail time was suspended for 12 months under the following conditions: no alcohol/controlled substances other than doctor-prescribed medication; no patronizing gambling/drinking establishments; subject to random testing and/or upon request from law enforcement and no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. Haas also pleaded guilty to resisting a public officer which resulted in a fine of $640.
Crystal Bachman was found guilty of domestic battery and was fined $340, ordered to 48 hours of community service, six months of domestic violence counseling and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for one day time served. The defendant was also ordered to serve three days in home confinement. The balance of 28 days was suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
