Hermenegildo Pimentel-Garcia pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense and was fined $685, ordered to complete DUI School and Victim Impact Panel. Pimentel-Garcia was also sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for two days time served. The balance of 28 days were suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.

Joshua Bywater pleaded guilty to four amended charges, three charges of possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce and one charge of trespassing. Bywater was fined $1,140 for all charges.
