The charges against Michael Anthony Carroll for resisting a public officer were dismissed by the D.A.
Oct. 20
Mark Anthony Ramos pleaded guilty to resisting a public officer and was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail with credit given for one day time served. The balance of 59 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses, no alcohol/controlled substances other than doctor-prescribed medication, and no patronizing drinking establishments. Ramos additional pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance Marijuana and was fined $740. The charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a valid license were dismissed by the D.A.
Paul W. Revere Jr. pleaded no contest to injury to property and was fined $355 and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail. Said jail time suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of law other than minor traffic offenses and Revere was further ordered to pay restitution. The additional charge of failure to stop at scene of accident involving damage to vehicle or property was dismissed by the D.A.
Jeffery Adam Myers pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor as a result was fined $355, and sentenced to serve two days in jail with credit given for two days time served. Myers additionally pleaded guilty to public nudity as a result was sentenced to serve one day in jail with credit given for one day served and fined $20.
