Jack Salin and Patricia Chapman are proud to announce the birth of their son, Wesley, born October 12, 2016 at 4:50 a.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. He weighed 6 pounds and 9oz. He joins one brother at home. Maternal Grandparents are Kirt Chapman and Vicki Jewell of Dewitt, MI. Paternal Grandparents are Amy and Craig Arsenault of Battle Mountain.
