Paternal Grandparents are Carlos Castaneda and Bell Martinez of Winnemucca.

Candice and Scott Betty are proud to announce the birth of their son, Waylon, born September 22, 2016 at 9:07 p.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds and 15 oz. He joins one sister and two brothers at home. Maternal Grandparents are Lisa and Scott Hoopes of Battle Mountain. Paternal Grandparents are Frankie and Dale Eustace of Cheyenne, WY and Larry and Sheri Betty of Pocatello, ID.
Emmanuel Barcenas
Roberto and Graciela Barcenas are proud to announce the birth of their son, Emmanuel, born September 16, 2016 at 12:16 p.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds and 1/2 an ounce. He joins two sisters and one brother at home. Maternal Grandparents are Salvador Tejeda and Felicia Avzate of Mexico. Paternal Grandparents are Petronilo Barcenas and Aurora Fajardo of Mexico.
