There are many activities for seniors at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. The following is the schedule for Nov. 28 – Dec. 2:
Monday: 10 a.m. Exercise, 1 p.m. Pinochle, 7:30 a.m. – 10 a.m. T.O.P.S., 2 p.m. Food Bank’s Mobile Pantry
Tuesday: 10 a.m. Crafters, 10:30 a.m. Walmart, 11:45 a.m. Lunch Bingo, 1 p.m. Painting Class
Wednesday: 10 a.m. Exercise, 10:30 a.m. Khoury’s, 11 a.m. Music by the Danners
Lunches are served each weekday at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. Lunches are open to the public. Suggested minimum donation is $3 for seniors 60 years and older; $6 charge for persons under 60 years of age. The following is the menu for Nov. 28 – Dec. 2:
Monday: Hotdog with sauerkraut, chips, mixed fruit, oatmeal cookie
Tuesday: Spaghetti, garlic toast, salad bar, mandarin oranges, pudding
Wednesday: Bbq pork ribs, company potatoes, California veggies, applesauce, chocolate chip cheesecake bar
