Donald Ray Lamont Wanner Sr. pleaded guilty to battery. The plea resulted in a fine of $640 and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail. Said jail time was suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Nov. 15
Jose Angel Gonzalez pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, second offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $1,050 and an order to complete victim impact panel, a program of treatment for the abuse of alcohol and to attend three AA meetings a week, attend two group sessions a week. Further Gonzalez was sentenced to serve 40 days in jail with credit being given for one day time served. Defendant to serve 9 days, the balance of 30 days are suspended under the condition that there be no violation of laws other then minor traffic offenses. Gonzalez also pleaded guilty to failure to maintain travel lane and was fined $115.
