On Nov. 4, Phillip Allen Wilson was arrested for driving under the influence, above legal limit, first offense and failure to maintain lane/improper lane change.
On Nov. 6, Jose Manuel Garcia Jr. was arrested for forgery, conspiracy to forgery, true writing signed by wrongdoers name and conspiracy to true writing signed by wrongdoers name.
On Nov. 9, Richard Christian Barnhart was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
