Stephen Richard Miller pleaded nolo-contendere for driving under the influence of prohibited substance. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order to complete victim impact panel, DUI school and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for one day time served. Defendant is to complete 24 hours of community service. The balance of 28 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Oct. 27
Cody Lewis Gilkison pleaded nolo-contendere to petit larceny. The plea resulted in a fine of $195 and an order to pay restitution.
Nov. 3
Daniel Pinchbeck pleaded no contest to resisting a public officer and battery and was fined $1,140.
