Giana Perez pleaded guilty to obstructing a public officer resulting in a fine of $20 and a sentence to serve 10 days in jail with credit given for one day time served. The balance of 9 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The charges of harboring a fugitive and abuse, neglect or endangerment of child were dismissed by the D.A.



Jodi E. Phoenix pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct resulting in a fine of $245 and a sentence to serve 30 days jail with credit given for one day time served. The balance of 29 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses, no alcohol and subject to random testing. The charge of resisting a public officer was dismissed by the D.A.
