Pamela Colgan pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle. Sentencing was set for May 31st, at 1:30 p.m. In a separate case, Colgan is charged with possession of a controlled substance. Colgan’s preliminary hearing on that charge was set for May 31, at 1:30 p.m.
