Alicia Dyer charged with penalty for failure to prevent subsequent truancy pleaded no contest. Resulting in a fine of $115 and 10 days in jail. Said jail time is suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of law other than minor traffic offenses.



April Jett charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana pleaded guilty. Resulting in a fine of $355. Jett charged with possession of drug paraphernalia pleaded guilty. Resulting in a fine of $195.



May 12

Kameron Wayne Smokey charged with gaming prohibited for person under 21 pleaded guilty. Resulting in a fine of $640 and sentence to serve 30 days jail with credit given for five days time served. The balance of 25 days are suspended until April 8, 2017 under the following conditions: no alcohol/controlled substances other than doctor prescribed medication; no patronizing gambling/drinking establishments; subject to random testing and/or upon request from law enforcement; no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.



Gerald Jay Myers charged with disorderly conduct pleaded guilty. Resulting in a fine of $195 and sentence to serve 10 days in jail. Said jail time is suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.



Michael Todd Hudson charged with reckless driving pleaded guilty. Resulting in a fine of $685, order to Victim Impact Panel, DUI School and sentenced to serve three days in jail with credit given for three days time served.



Matheus Enochs Morris charged with domestic battery pleaded guilty. Resulting in a fine of $340, ordered to 48 hours of community service, to attend and complete domestic violence counseling for six months, and sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for two days time served. The balance of 28 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. Matheus charged with violation of temporary protective order pleaded guilty. Resulting in a fine of $640 and sentence to serve 60 days in jail with credit being given for six days time served. The balance of 54 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
