Candidates Night is next week, May 25 and will be held at the Battle Mountain Civic Center.
The event starts at 6 p.m. where you can meet and greet the candidates. At 6:30 p.m. the candidates will be able to introduce themselves and answer prepared questions. Steve Larsgaard is the moderator for the event.
All candidates were contacted individually and invited to the event, however, attendance is not required. Some candidates may not appear, especially out of town candidates. Lander County residents are encouraged to participate and meet the candidates. This is open to the public.
This event is put on by the Battle Mountain Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by the Battle Mountain Bugle.
