On April 27, Nina Rae Rivas, 21, of Lovelock, was booked for possession of controlled substance for sale, possession of marijuana greater than one ounce not for sale, unlawful use/under the influence of controlled substance, unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia, abuse, neglect or endanger child times two, and sale of marijuana.
On April 27, Phillip Andrew Ruiz, 31, of Lovelock, was booked for possession of controlled substance for sale, possession of marijuana greater than one ounce not for sale, unlawful use/under the influence of controlled substance, unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia, abuse, neglect or endanger child times two, and sale of marijuana.
