Iline Agnes Blanshan (Jenson) age 64 of Winnemucca, Nevada passed away peacefully on February 21, 2016 with her family by her side.
Iline was born in Lebanon, Oregon on October 6, 1951 to Helmer and Agnes Jenson. She married Ron Armstrong April 18, 1969. They had three children Tammy (passed away at 4 months of age), Ronald and Stacie. They divorced in 1976.
Iline met the love of her life Donald Blanshan and they married on May 1, 1976. In 1982 they adopted a son. Together they raised their 3 children Ronnie, Stacie and Steven.
In 2009, Don and Iline moved to Nevada. Iline’s passion was cooking and caring for the young, the old, and everyone in between. She loved to love and be loved.
Being a Grammy to 6 grandsons was the highlight of her life along with caring for her little guy Anthony. She was looking forward to her first great grandchild who is arriving in July.
Iline was preceded in death by her daughter Tammy, her sister Jerry, and her Mother and Father. Iline is survived by her loving husband Don, her children Ronnie (Keri), Stacie (Travis), Steven (Melissa), and her grandchildren Aaron (Lacy), Eric (Erin), Wayde, Jordin (Shauna), Beau, Bryce; her sisters Larraine and Darline, and brothers Marvin, Lawrence, and Larry.
A viewing will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 3 at Huston-Jost Funeral Home. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday March 4, 2016. Burial will follow at Lebanon IOOF Cemetery.
Following the burial will be a celebration gathering at First Baptist Church 211 E. Vine Lebanon.
