Jeffrine Castro having been charged with possession of marijuana under an ounce pleaded no contest. The plea resulted in a court order to obtain a substance abuse evaluation and that the defendant follow all recommendations. Castro also pleaded no contest to the charge of disturbing the peace, this resulted in a fine of $195.
Cody Allen Hudson having been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia pleaded no contest resulting in a fine of $195. Further, Hudson pleaded no contest to the charge of unregistered vehicle and no evidence of insurance. The pleas resulted in a fine of $195 for unregistered vehicle and a fine of $740 for no evidence of insurance. The charges of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first office, driving while drivers license suspended and driving with open container were dismissed based on a motion made by the D.A.
The charges against Robert Danil Sample for driving under the influence of intoxication liquor first offense, resisting a public officer and failure to maintain travel lane were dismissed by the D.A. pursuant to NRS 174.085.
