Michael Aaron Cook pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685.00, court ordered Victim Impact Panel, DUI School, and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail. The court suspended 28 days for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The D.A. motioned to dismiss an additional count of driving with open container, which the court granted.
