Daniel Alfonso Lorenzo pleaded no contest to the amended charges of drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce. The plea resulted in a fine of $1,140 and a sentence of nine days in jail, with credit given for nine days time served. The charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale, and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed based on a motion made by the D.A.
