Rayford Lynn Fuller, April 22, 1940 – March 2, 2016. Rayford was a loving husband and a wonderful father. He is survived by his wife of almost 46 years, Rosemary Fuller; his Son, Daniel Fuller along with his wife Eber Fuller; his daughter, Michelle Casteel along with her husband Larry Casteel, his brother Louis Fuller and his sister Brenda Blossom.
Rayford (or as the Texans called him Peewee) started out in this world at only 2 ½ pounds; however, his personality and sense of humor was larger than life. He was often described (mostly by his loving wife) as the only person who could amuse himself for hours with his own jokes. Those jokes, which were told to his wife, kids, and anyone who would listen, where told repeatedly with the same enthusiasm as the first time he came up with them.
In his younger days, you would find him sitting on the porch, playing his guitar and singing old country songs with the more than occasional substitutional lyric about his family or friends. You could take the boy out of Texas but you could not take the Texas out of him.
He is loved and is greatly missed.
A small memorial service will be held on June 11, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Jacobs Well - 870 S Broad St, Battle Mountain, NV 89820
