Christine Elinor Stotzer passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Humboldt General Hospital at the age 79.
Christine was born in Elizabeth, NJ to Royal Somers and Christine Lowe, on April 20, 1937. Where she was raised and finished high school. She later moved to Union, NJ where she became an Assistant Librarian at Kean University. She met the love of her life and married Albert Stotzer and they had two children Albert Stotzer Jr. and Donna Catalano.
Christine loved spending time with family and Church activities. She was a long standing member of the LDS church.
Christine is survived by her husband Albert Stotzer, her children Albert Stotzer Jr. and Donna Catalano, grandchildren Melissa Phelps, Amanda Topham, Emily Barns, and Barbara Schram, great grandchildren Jake Alles, Calvin Topham, Mat Phelps, and Abigale Barns.
Christine is preceded in death by her brother Ray Somers, father Royal Somers, and mother Christine Somers.
The family would like to take this time to thank the staff at Humboldt General Hospital and the members of the LDS Church for their care and support during Christine’s final days.
