Jonathan Nez pleaded guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense, resulting in a fine of $685 and a sentence of 30 days in jail with credit given for one day time served. Nez is to complete 24 hours of community service, the remaining balance of 28 days in jail are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offense. The court further ordered Victim Impact Panel and DUI School to be completed.
