July 18

Ryan Gene Banker having been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense pleaded guilty. The plea resulted in a fine of $1,100, order to DUI School, Victim Impact Panel, follow all recommendations of evaluation, and a sentence to serve 60 days in jail with credit being given for 1 day time served. Defendant is to complete 24 hours of community service and the balance of 58 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.

For driving with open container Banker pleaded guilty resulting in a fine of $355 and for failure to maintain travel lane, Banker pleaded guilty resulting in another fine of $355.



July 20

Mark Allan Kaiser having been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, first offense pleaded guilty. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, order to DUI School, Victim Impact Panel, and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail. Defendant is to complete 48 hours of community service and the balance of 28 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. An additional charge of obedience to device for control of traffic was dismissed by D.A.



Conan Jeffrey Carroll Jr. having been charged with minor in possession of alcohol pleaded guilty. The plea resulted in a sentence of 80 hours of community service, sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit being given for 1 day time served. The balance of 29 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.



July 21

Russell Earl Jeskey having been charged with a felony injury to property pleaded guilty to the amended charge of injury to property misdemeanor. The plea resulted in a sentence to serve 20 days in jail with credit given for 20 days time served. The defendant was further ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $5,500. An additional charge of convicted person to register with sheriff or police within 48 hours was dismissed by D.A.



Jose Ramon Rodriguez Jr. having been charged with assault with use of deadly weapon pleaded guilty to the amended misdemeanor of assault. The plea resulted in a sentence to serve 170 days in jail with credit given for 170 days time served.
