Benjamin James Wiggins having being charged with intoxicated person prohibited within traveled portion of high way pleaded guilty. The plea resulted in a fine of $190, an order to obtain an alcohol evaluation and to follow all recommendations and sentence of 90 days jail with credit given for one day times served. The balance of 89 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic violations and the defendant not consume alcohol.
Wiggins having been charged with driving with open container pleaded guilty resulting in a fine of $195. For the charge of standing stopping and parking prohibited Wiggins pleaded guilty. The plea resulted in fine of $115 and sentence of 90 days in jail with credit given for one day times served. The balance of 89 days are suspended for twelve months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses and the Defendant not consume alcohol.
