James Roy Russell having been charged with driving under the influence of controlled substance, first offense pleaded guilty. The plea resulted in a fine of $935, court order to DUI School and Victim Impact Panel and a sentence to serve 30 days jail. The defendant was given credit for 10 hours time served and ordered to complete 48 hours of community service, the remaining 28 days jail are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of law other than minor traffic offenses.
