There are many activities for seniors at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. The following is the schedule for July 18 — July 22:
Monday: 10 a.m. Exercise, 1 p.m. Pinochle
Tuesday: 10 a.m. Crafts, 10:30 a.m. Walmart, 11:45 a.m. Lunch Bingo
Wednesday: 10 a.m. Exercise, 10:30 a.m. Khourys
Thursday: 10 a.m. Crafts, 10:30 a.m. Ridleys,
Friday: 10 a.m. Exercise with Rae, 1 p.m. Panguingue
Lunches are served each weekday at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. Lunches are open to the public. Suggested minimum donation is $3 for seniors 60 years and older; $6 charge for persons under 60 years of age. The following is the menu for July 18 – July 22:
Monday: Grilled ham & cheese, tater tots, tomato soup, peaches, snickerdoodle cookie
Tuesday: Chicken alfredo over noodles, Italian veggies, mixed fruit, chocolate chip cookie
Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, tropical fruit, spice cake
Thursday: Bbq pork ribs, company potatoes, Malibu veggies, applesauce, jell-o
Friday: Meatloaf, parsley potatoes, winter veggies, pears
