Richard “Rick” Wade Bailey of Veneta, Oregon passed away on June 16, 2016 at the age of 57 from cancer.
He was born July 6, 1958 in Sacramento, California to Wilma Louise Rhoads.
He was a foreman in construction and lived in Veneta for 17 years.
He is survived by his three daughters: Rebecca Shelton of Creswell, OR, Brandi Bailey and Sierra Bailey both of Veneta, OR. Also a brother, Danny Rhoads of Winnemucca, NV. He has two grandchildren, Kayden Shelton and Tieley Hunter.
