The Humboldt County Clerk regrets that in the report related to divorce decrees entered in December there was an issue in the data. Two of the divorces listed were actually updates as opposed to final divorce decrees. The Naron divorce which showed as entered on Dec. 17 was actually final in 2008 and this was just an updated custody order. The Moderson divorce which showed as entered on Dec. 1 was actually final in 2013 and this order was just a modification. The County Clerk has spoken to our database manager and they will be addressing this glitch so it will not happen in the future. The Humboldt County Clerk apologizes for the error!
