The Battle Mountain High School junior varsity girls basketball team split a pair of games at home last weekend. The Lady Longhoirns lost 29-19 to Yerington on Friday and beat Rite of Passage on Saturday 50-7. In the win over ROP, Drue Domagala had 21 points and five rebounds. Sarah Beruman added nine points and five rebounds. Battle Mountain sits at 5-7 on the season. The Lady Longhorns travel to Lovelock on Friday to play Pershing County at 3 p.m. and they are at Silver Stage on Saturday at 11 a.m.
