On February 1, 2016, Richard Russell Bade had passed away due to surgical complications.
Dick was born Jan. 6, 1940 in Beloit Wisconsin to Vera and Alvin Bade and graduated in 1948 from Janesville High School, Janesville WI. He was leaving soon after for the Navy. then returning it wasn’t long and he left on a bus for out west where he worked a variety of jobs from oil rigs to mines, finally building duct work for a local contractor friend in Winnemucca.
He helped build many of the buildings in the city where his friends have become his family, and having resided here for years, he had finally found a home. He will be missed by many.
