There are many activities for seniors at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. The following is the schedule for Feb 22 — 26 :
Monday: 10 a.m Exercise, 1 p.m Cards, 2 p.m. Food Bank’s mobile pantry
Tuesday: 10 a.m. Crafts, 10:30 a.m. Walmart, 11:45 a.m. Lunch Bingo
Wednesday: 10 a.m. Exercise, 10:30 a.m. Khourys, 11 a.m. Music by the Danners
Thursday: 10 a.m. Crafts, 10:30 a.m. Ridleys, 11:30 Swinging Seniors
Friday: 10 a.m. Exercise, 1 p.m. Panguingue, Phase 2 grand opening
Lunches are served each weekday at the Pleasant Senior Center, 1480 Lay St. Lunches are open to the public. Suggested minimum donation is $3 for seniors 60 years and older; $6 charge for persons under 60 years of age. The following is the menu for Feb 22 — 26 :
Monday: French dip subs, tater tots, spinach salad, peaches, snicker doodle cookie
Tuesday: Bbq pork ribs, company potatoes, green beans, applesauce, jell-o cake
Wednesday: Meatloaf, baked potato, steamed spinach, pears, death by chocolate cake
Thursday: Chicken casserole, salad bar, mandarin oranges, jell-o
Friday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, glazed carrots, peaches
