Dec. 12

Nicole Marie Libbee pleaded guilty to domestic battery. The plea resulted in a fine of $340, an order to 48 hours of community service, six months of domestic violence counseling and a sentence to serve 30 days jail with credit being given for three days time served. The balance of 27 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.



Cameron Marvin Woods pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offence. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order of Victim Impact Panel, DUI School and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for six days time served. The balance of 24 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.



Dec. 13

Reed Skenandore Jr. pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $800 an order of Victim Impact Panel, DUI School, no possession/consumption of alcohol, to complete six months of alcohol counseling and a sentence to serve 60 days in jail with credit given for five days time served. The balance of 55 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. Skenandore additionally pleaded guilty to driving with an open container and was fined $195.

Christopher Therrien pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace and possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce and was fined $1,140. A third charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed with prejudice by the D.A. office.



Dec. 15

Kyerie L. Rose pleaded guilty for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offence. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order to Victim Impact Panel, DUI School, to attend three months of alcohol counseling and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for five days time served. The balance of 25 days are suspend for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charges of failure to maintain travel lane and driving on instructional, restricted instruction and temporary driver’s permit were dismissed with prejudice by the D.A. office.
