Lander County Sheriff's Report

The Lander County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for the period of Dec. 1st: —Dec. 7th:

On Dec. 1, Michael Steven Ferguson was arrested for trespassing.

On Dec. 1, William Robert Ford was arrested and put on temporary hold.

On Dec. 3, Eddie Barajas was arrested for being intoxicated person in or around.

On Dec. 5, Ricardo Mikel Garcia was arrested for DUI, above the legal limit, (1st).

On Dec. 5, William Justice Huber was arrested for battery with substantial bodily harm and burglary.

On Dec. 7, Curtis Tyler Sullivan was arrested for domestic battery, 1st.
