“We do care about readers’ questions and concerns and appreciate their feedback,” Winnemucca Publishing office manager Tracy Wadley said. She went on to say that feedback was an essential part of improving the business, but that it was difficult to make needed changes, without knowing there was an issue.
Accordingly, Winnemucca Publishing is introducing a new customer care email address: comments@winnemuccapublishing.net.
The new email address will give the community a new way to interact with Winnemucca Publishing and provide a direct line of contact with management. Readers are encouraged to send along comments, concerns, compliments, questions and complaints to the new email address. These could be regarding advertising, content or delivery of the paper.
“We can only make this paper better for the community if we know what the community wants,” Wadley said.
