David Edward West pleaded no contest to the amended charge of duty of driver to decrease speed. The original charge was drivig under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $640 an order to complete a Victim Impact Panel and DUI School. West was also sentenced to one day in jail with credit given for one day time served.

Robert Scott Houser pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense and was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for three days time served. The balance of 27 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. Houser was also fined $685 and ordered to complete a Victim Impact Panel and DUI School. The additional charge of driving when license is canceled, suspended or revoked was dismissed by the D.A.
