The Lowry High School junior varsity girls basketball team pulled away in the second half to win its season-opener 49-22 over Pershing County on Tuesday in Winnemucca. The Lady Bucks wrap up play in the Pershing County Tournament today (Saturday) in Lovelock. Lowry begins league play on Tuesday in Fallon at 3 p.m.
