Michael Anthony Carroll pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to serve 10 days in jail with credit given for four days time served. The balance of six days are suspended for 12 months under the following conditions: no alcohol and no violations of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Aug. 24
Webb Clayton Gillespie pleaded nolo-contendere to domestic battery and was fined $340, ordered to 48 hours of community service, to attend and complete domestic violence counseling for six months and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail with credit given for three days time served. The balance of 27 days were suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.
Aug. 25
Bogdan Kalyuta pleaded guilty to the amended charge of possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce and was sentenced to serve 19 days in jail with credit given for 19 days time served and fined $20. The charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed by the D.A.
Charges against Daniel Logan Young for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption were dismissed by the D.A.
Charges against John Francis Portman for driving under the influence of intoxication liquor, first offense were dismissed by the D.A.
