Pollie Rosalinda Olguin pleaded guilty to domestic battery. The plea resulted in a fine of $340, an order to 48 hours of community service, attend and complete domestic violence counseling for 6months and a sentence to serve 30 days jail with credit given for four days time served. The balance of 26 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses.

Deborah Marie Graham pleaded nolo-contendere to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $685, an order to complete victim impact panel, DUI school, to follow all recommendations of evaluation and a sentence to serve 30 days in jail. The defendant was further ordered to complete 48 hours of community service. The remaining balance of 28 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violations of laws other than minor traffic offenses. For the charge of failure to maintain travel lane the D.A. motioned to dismiss which the court granted.
July 28
Joanne Richardson pleaded guilty to four counts of dogs at large. For each count the defendant was charged $60. For each count the fine was suspended for 12 months under the condition that the defendant not receive another dog violation. The D.A. dismissed the charges of vicious animal and three other charges of dog at large.
