The Lander County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for the period of April 18 — 23. Persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On April 18, Donald Allan Millar checked in to serve time on a court sentence.
On April 18, Erin Marie Neal was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance.
On April 18, William Jackson Neal III was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On April 19, Andrew Wesley Allison was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, tribal charge, and failure to appear after admission to bail.
On April 21, Efren Martinez Jr. checked in to serve time on a court sentence.
On April 22, Francisco Rosales Barajas checked in to serve time on a court sentence.
On April 23, Carl Henry Foster was arrested for purchase/consume alcohol by minor.
On April 23, James Paul Malone was arrested for a NHP warrant.
