Aaron Michael Vance plead no contest to reckless driving. Was fined $685 and ordered to DUI school, complete Victim Impact Panel. Further Vance was sentenced to 30 days jail with credit given for three days time served. The balance of 27 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than miner traffic offenses.
Diane Louise Shearer was found not guilty at trial for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense.
