The Winnemucca Trap Club’s 28th annual Spring Fling Miner/Merchant shoot on Saturday, beginning at 9 a.m. Sign-up practice will begin at 8 a.m. and a practice round costs $5.
There will be a free drawing for shooters and participants must be present to win. Prizes for the drawing are donated by Boart Longyear and Todd DeLong. The family is invited to enjoy the day, with breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be available.
There will be a special youth event sponsored by Western Nevada Supply, NV Hoopers and Nevada Department of Wildlife. Thirteen guns and 60 trophies will be given away this year.
