Obituary: William Neeley Robinson

William “Bill” Neeley Robinson, 62, of Winnemucca, Nevada passed away on August 17, 2015 at his son’s home in Reno, Nevada after a short battle with cancer. Bill spent his final days surround by his children and family.

In Lieu of a service, Bill’s children will lay him to rest along the Oregon coast as he wished.

Bill was born (July 6, 1953) and raised in Winnemucca, Nevada. Bill later left to serve his country in the United States Air Force, eventually relocating back to Winnemucca to start his career with Sierra Pacific Power at the Valmy power plant. Bill greatly enjoyed the Oregon coast along with fishing, hunting, gold prospecting, and above all, time with his children and family.

Bill is survived by his sons Joseph Robinson and Benjamin Robinson, daughter-in-law Annie Robinson, daughter Elizabeth Robinson, sister Anne and brother-in-law Jim Mehrten, sister Betty and brother-in-law John Angeli, brother Jimmy and sister-in-law Dodi Robinson, brother Johnny and sister-in-law June Robinson, and mother Gladis (Mim) Robinson. He is preceded in death by his father Clyde Robinson and brother Erle Robinson.
